We’re two experienced repair technicians with a shared goal: keeping electronic waste out of landfills. After years of fixing and refurbishing devices, we saw firsthand how much usable technology gets thrown away unnecessarily. Our e-waste service focuses on responsible reuse, secure handling, and proper recycling—giving electronics a second life whenever possible and ensuring the rest is disposed of safely. By repairing, refurbishing, and recycling locally, we help reduce environmental impact while protecting your data and our community.

How we guarantee your data is safely destroyed

We provide a guarantee that your information will be unrecoverable, in full or in part, from anything we receive.

Storage components in working condition are securely erased using Department of Defense grade data erasure software. It rewrites every single byte multiple times in different patterns to ensure your data is actually gone, not just hidden. For inoperable components, they are physically destroyed beyond repair, and recycled securely. Nothing leaves our hands until we are certain it is fully cleared.

Why does this security matter?

As repair technicians, we've heard all the stories about stolen identity, hacked accounts, and blackmail. Many bottle depots and retail stores just send their ewaste in bulk to the highest bidder - taking no steps to ensure it is safe on its next stop in the ewaste journey.

🔒 Giving Back

We send some devices to local charities after they pass our cleansing process. Just because your laptop doesn't run the latest programs, doesn't mean it can't write someone's first resume, or be a stepping stone to success for someone. (We still have to keep the lights on, but we give back whenever we can. Calgary has been good to us, and we want to keep the good vibes flowing!)
